Prayer Request & Praise Reports!

Please pray for Ed, Mary Jo's brother. He is a Christian and has a blood disorder. Pray for a miracle, that Jesus Christ will heal his blood cells.

Please pray for the husbands of wives in the churches. Some fail to see the significance of serving the Lord, while their wives remain faithful to the Lord and their church. Pray that Jesus Christ will stir each husband to desire to serve the Lord, and make them hungry for a change in their lifestyles.

Pray for revival in Goshen County in the churches. Pray for the Godly people to confess their sins, repent, and get excited about Jesus Christ. Plus, let this hunger spread to the lost in our community. A sign for the need for revival is that we have been in a drought situation since the turn of the Millenium. Second Chronicles 7:14..."If my people who are called by name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and heal their land." One of our favorite songs in Praise Assembly is, "Let it Rain" by Michael W. Smith. "Lord, pour out Your Spirit!"

Please pray for the college students coming to school in the fall semester of 2010 at Eastern Wyoming College to come thirsty and hungry for spiritual things. Chaplain Ken will be a part of a Bible study in the 2010 Fall semester. There was only a little bit of interest in 2008-9. The statistics are against these students. An alarming amount of High School students that go into college are falling away from the faith of Jesus Christ. Pray for revival to spread into this Jr. College (Eastern Wyoming College), and all other educational institutions in this state and country.

Prayer is our link with God, an awesome avenue through which we can express praise and adoration to Him for His goodness, love, and mercy; and an avenue through which we can voice our petitions and concerns. God's Word assures us that we can "come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16).
Prayer also moves the hand of God on behalf of needs and circumstances in our church, our families, our community, nation, and world. Take time to pray and intercede for these areas as God leads you. Become part of a prayer group and intercede with others in times of corporate prayer. As you seek God's help, expect reports of great victory to follow as God answers prayer.
